It can host up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom with a bathtub, a mini-bar, a satellite television, a telephone with direct external line, a hairdryer.
It is situated on the 4th floor with a mansard and has a very big terrace with a panoramic view of the city’s roofs and roof-terraces: from the Grand Canal to the Gardens, from canal Rio Nuovo to Piazzale.
It’s a small theatre stage on Venice from which you can enjoy a special sunset while sipping on your drink from the bar or admire the colours at dawn while having breakfast with some hot coffee, a croissant and some freshly baked bread.
